Our professional classes are held at 18500 Veterans Blvd Unit #1 Port Charlotte, Florida. Livestream classes are also available if you wish to learn from the comfort of your home.

We are currently the only Real Estate School offering classroom courses in Port Charlotte. Classroom learning has proven to be the most effective way to learn for the state exam.

Real Estate Licensing Course Breakdown

63-Hour Pre-License Sales Associate Course – Take this course to obtain your Real Estate License.

45-Hour Post-License Course – Must be completed within two years after getting Real Estate License.

14-Hour Continuing Education – Required every two years after completing the post-license course.

72-Hour Pre-License Broker Course – You must have worked as a Sales Associate for 24 months in the past 5 years.

  • 45-Hour Post-Licensing Classroom & Livestream Course 2025 Schedule

    • November 3 - 7
    • December 10 - 16 *

    This course is to be taken within 2 years of becoming an agent. The 45-Hour Post-License classes are held Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm, unless stated otherwise

    * Class starts on Wednesday ends on the following Tuesday with the weekend off.

  • 14-Hour Continuing Education Classroom & Livestream Course 2025 Schedule

    • September 10 & 11
    • September 12 & 13

    The 14-Hour Continuing Education Course is to be taken every 2 years following the 45-Hour Post Licensing Course. The 14-Hour Continuing Education classes are from 9 am - 5 pm, unless otherwise stated

Meet Your Instructor

Fairchild Real Estate School of Florida was founded on the faith that with God all things are possible if we only believe.

That's me, Jeannie (right), founder & instructor of Fairchild Real Estate School and my amazing daughter, Brooke (left), office manager.

Monday - Thursday

In my life God is #1, followed by family and then my work. My work is instructing potential Real Estate agents to pass the state exam & to have a relaxing, enjoyable time while doing it.

Many students take the online course with another school & find that they are unable to pass the state exam. We are dedicated to helping not only first-time students, but also those who have tried & failed for any reason!

My goal is to get everyone in my classroom to pass the state exam on the first try. I pray for each student I ever taught and I will continue this practice.

Here in America, we have freedom of speech & religion. All are welcomed and no one is exempt from my classroom. I use lots of word association for keener learning in the classroom. You'll be amazed how an instructor who is dedicated to YOU makes all the difference!
