Meet Your Instructor

Fairchild Real Estate School of Florida was founded on the faith that with God all things are possible if we only believe.

That's me, Jeannie (right), founder and instructor of Fairchild Real Estate School pictured with Brooke, my amazing daughter.

In my life, God is #1, followed by family and work. My goal is instructing potential future real estate professionals to pass the state exam as easily as possible and to have an enjoyable time learning.

Many students take the online course with other schools, but find they were not prepared properly to pass the state exam.

At Fairchild Real Estate School of Florida, we are dedicated to helping not only first-time students, but also those who have tried and failed for any reason!

I hear many of my students say that they "aren't good at math" or "are not good test-takers" and this is a reality. I make it my mission to help ease the burden of this. I was not good at math, nor was I a good test-taker. My teaching methods help ease these fears and help with overcoming the anxiety associated with these problems. I use word association for keener learning in the classroom. You will be amazed how an instructor who is dedicated to YOU makes all the difference. God has gifted me with the ability to teach!

My goal is to help everyone pass the state exam on the first try. I pray for each student I ever taught and I will continue this practice.
