Our professional classes are held at 18500 Veterans Blvd Unit #1 Port Charlotte, Florida. Livestream classes are also available if you wish to learn from the comfort of your home.
We are currently the only Real Estate School offering classroom courses in Port Charlotte. Classroom learning has proven to be the most effective way to learn for the state exam.

That's me, Jeannie (right), founder & instructor of Fairchild Real Estate School and my amazing daughter, Brooke (left).

In my life God is #1, followed by family and work. My goal is instructing potential Real Estate agents to pass the state exam as easily as possilbe & to have an enjoyable time learning.
Many students take the online course with another school & find that they are unable to pass the state exam. Here at Fairchild Real Estate School of Florida, we are dedicated to helping not only first-time students, but also those who have tried & failed for any reason!
I hear many of my students say that they "aren't good at math" or "are not good test-takers" and this is a reality. I make it my mission to help ease the burden of this. I was not good at math, nor was I a good test-taker. My teaching methods help ease these fears and help with overcoming the anxiety associated with these problems. God has gifted me with the ability to teach!
My goal is to get everyone in my classroom to pass the state exam on the first try. I pray for each student I ever taught and I will continue this practice.
