Our professional classes are held at the Coldwell Banker building at 18500 Veterans Blvd Unit #1 Port Charlotte, Florida (Next to Firehouse Subs in the Best Buy Plaza)

We are currently the only Real Estate School offering classroom courses in Port Charlotte. Classroom learning has proven to be the most effective way to learn for the state exam.

Real Estate Licensing Course Breakdown

63-Hour Pre-License Sales Associate Course – Required to obtain your real estate license.

45-Hour Post-License Course – Must be completed within two years of getting real estate license.

14-Hour Continuing Education – Required every two years after completing the post-license course.

72-Hour Pre-License Broker Course – You must be a Sales Associate for 24 months over the course of 5 years.

    The 63-Hour Pre-License Class is the course needed to become a Real Estate Agent. These 7-day classes are held Monday through Friday & the following Monday & Tuesday, unless stated otherwise. New class times are 9 am - 6 pm.

    • August 20 - August 23 (This class is from 8 am until 7 pm & is 4 days instead of 5)
    • November 17 - November 21

    The 45-Hour Post-Licensing Course is to be taken within 2 years of taking the 63-Hour Pre-License Course. The 45-Hour Post-License classes are held Monday through Friday 9 am - 6 pm, unless otherwise indicated.

Meet Your Instructor

Fairchild Real Estate School of Florida was founded on the faith that with God all things are possible if we only believe.

Jeannie (right) is the founder & instructor of Fairchild Real Estate School. Brooke (left) is the office manager & is available to answer your questions. We are in the office 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday

In my life God is #1, followed by family and then my work. My work is instructing potential Real Estate agents to pass the state exam & to have a relaxing, enjoyable time while doing it.

Many students take the online course with another school & find that they are unable to pass the state exam without an instructor. We are here to work with you if you find yourself in this situation.

My goal is to get everyone in my classroom to pass the state exam on the first try. I pray for each student I ever taught and I will continue this practice.

Here in America, we have freedom of speech & religion. All are welcomed and no one is exempt from my classroom.
