Our professional classes are held at the Coldwell Banker building at 18500 Veterans Blvd Unit #1 Port Charlotte, Florida

We are currently the only Real Estate School offering classroom courses in Port Charlotte. Classroom learning has proven to be the most effective way to learn for the state exam.

63-Hour Pre-License Course – Required to obtain your real estate license.

45-Hour Post-License Course – Must be completed within two years of getting licensed.

14-Hour Continuing Education – Required every two years after completing the post-license course.

Meet Your Instructor

Fairchild Real Estate School of Florida was founded on the faith that with God all things are possible if we only believe. Special thanks to my amazing daughter Brooke who diligently manages & maintains the infrastructure of Fairchild Real Estate School, and to my dear husband Tommy for his constant love, support & dinner-making abilities when we work late at the office.

In my life God is #1, followed by family and then my work. My work is instructing potential Real Estate agents to pass the state exam & to have a relaxing, enjoyable time while doing it. Speedy learning is crucial for this course as it’s only 7 days long with an exam to pass at the end. My goal is to get everyone in my classroom to pass the state exam on the first try. I pray for each student I ever taught and I will continue this practice.

In America, we have freedom of speech and religion. All are welcomed and no one is exempt from my classroom.

A portion of all funds help those in need in our community and across the United States. We are located in the new Coldwell Banker building in Port Charlotte, Florida.
